In a land side victory Raul Castro takes over the government that has been run by his brother Fidel. Raul is promising many changes for Cuba and reforms that will increase Cuba's productivity's. Many experts say that Raul's promises may be the downfall of this reign. Since the fall of Castro the people of Cuba have been specking about Cuba,s reforms and offering criticism.
If Raul can increase Cuba's their increase.
